The Member representing Barkin Ladi/Riyom Federal Constituency, Rep. Simon Mwadkwon has congratulated Engr. Sunday Chong Hyat, mni on his appointment as the Head of Civil Service (HOCS) Plateau State.
In a congratulatory message, the Federal Lawmaker described the appointment as well deserved considering the diligent contributions of Engr. Sunday Hyat to the State Civil Service, State and Nation at large as a Professional.
The Legislator said the Appointee is a worthy Ambassador and a pride of the Federal Constituency.
He said the immense contributions of Engr. Hyat to national growth and development are highly appreciated.
“As a seasoned Technocrat, I am optimistic that you will transform the Civil Service and take it to enviable height” he said.
He prayed God to endow him with what is required to perform creditably well and wished him a successful tenure.
