The Kor pepeople in Pankshin Local Government Area yesterday 15th of may,2021 had their encestral arena aggoged with their sons and daughters, Noble men,as well,men of Goodwill gracing their traditional ‘Kor Day’ It was a day set aside to honor and reinvigorate the togetherness, customs and traditions set by their ancestors for the great interest of their lineage and generality.
As a noble man made of true values, Lt Col. SAMUEL GULONG FWANGJE SGF RETIRED) proudly identified with them and as well, honor his beloved ward who has been with him in the thicks and thins. (Hon. Sekat Rotduna). SGF who was amidst serious reasons not able to make it to the venue but got represented by Hon. Rotdunna Ibn Sekat in the rightful place, assured the land on the true committement and focus. The Lt Col. SGF has on the land and the strong message of charge he sent that the people, ‘remain one United entity and pray that God Almighty guide and help them get to the heights of their dreams.’ SGF donated the sum of 50,000 naira to the people of Kor and appeal to them to stick to the conscience that, the future and prosperity of Kor is in their hands,so, they must rise jealously to build and guide it.
It was indeed,a day not easily to be forgotten by the Kor people, as the callibre of guests and well-wishers that made their presence to celebrate and contribute to their rise was quite an encouragement.
