Jos Division of the Court on Friday dismissed an Appeal filed by Hon. Musa Agah Avia of the PDP and upheld the judgment of the lower Tribunal in declaring Hon. Muhammad Alkali Gwani of the PRP as the winner of the February 26, 2022 Bye-Election for Jos North/Bassa Federal Constituency.
The Court further Ordered that Muhammad Alkali Goni be issued certificate of Return and sworn in immediately.
