The provost, Plateau State College of Nursing and Widwifery Vom, Mr. Bako Danlami Sambo today held a meeting with the students of the institution to mark the end of the Management scheduled meetings with Stakeholders of the institution. The meetings were held in the two campuses of the College.
In his speech,Mr. Danlami advised the students to invest their youthful energies in rewarding ventures, be security conscious, portray good morals, shun violence obey all guiding school laws, and called for good time management as a crucial factor in ensuring successful academic life.
He implored them to be of good conduct, be good representatives of the institution and to channel their suggestions and complains to the appropriate authorities.
On their part, the Deputy Provost,Registrar, Bursar and Librarian of the institution also urged the students to be focused on their goals and not misuse the opportunity of being admitted noting that the institution has provided a good learning environment and apparatus for them to achieve their goals.
Today’s meeting climaxed with the commissioning of a well dug by the Director of the School of Midwifery Vom. She revealed that the move was also geared at complementing the efforts of College management in the task of providing potable water for students in the institution.
