CELEBRATING A WORTHY FRIEND AT 57

It is with great joy, that I, Chief John M. Dafaan, on behalf of my family, friends and political associates, write to felicitate with my bosom friend and brother, the Executive Governor of Plateau State, Rt. Hon. Barr. (Dr). Simon Bako Lalong KSGG as he clocks 57 years of age.
Your Excellency, you’ve been my bosom friend for over three (3) decades now, and again I’ve served you as your Chief of Staff from 2015-2019, so I make bold to say that your love and concern for the growth and Development of Plateau State is not in doubt.
You never sleep when there’s an issue that hasn’t been solved.
You always want the best for our State.
You do not want to see your people suffer or trampled upon.
You do not allow injustice to prevail under your watch.
Your love for your people is genuine.
You’re a true friend.
My friend, as you add a year to your years, I pray God to give you wisdom, Peace and strength to pilot the affairs of his flock in Plateau State in accordance with his will.
Age long my friend.

PLATEAU BLOGGERS & ONLINE MEDIA ASSOCIATION CELEBRATES GOV. LALONG AT 57

The Plateau Bloggers and Online Media Association is felicitating with the Executive Governor of Plateau State and Chairman, Northern Governors Forum, Rt. Hon. Simon Bako Lalong, KSGG on the occasion of his 57th Birthday Anniversary.

The Group prayed for more healthy years and wisdom to the Governor as he pilots the affairs of the State.

The group also charged the Governor to deploy more efforts to capacity building of the citizens in order to leave behind an empowered and prosperous State at the end of his tenure.

While commending the Governor for the Legacy Projects across the State, the Group admonished him to do more in terms of infrastructural development in the State.

It also lauded the Governor for the proactive measures in place in the fight against the dreaded COVID-19 Pandemic in the State urging the people to support the Governor in his efforts to prevent and contain the spread of the Coronavirus by adhering strictly to all government directives.

Plateau Youth activist Comrade Pius Hoomen ,has described the state Governor Barrister Simon Lalong as a leader who is determined to better the lives of citizens of the state .

Hoomen who congratulated Lalong on his 57th birthday said he appreciates and cherishes the visionary leadership Governor Lalong brings to the State.

He said i celebrate your remarkable achievements in so many sectors in the state .
Happy birthday sir as i wish you long life and good health to continue delivering the much needed selfless services to the state through your endless support to Plateau people.


Hoomen in a statement made available to our correspondent in Jos said the Lalong legacy projects stands out tall for all to see ” We the youths would continue to value your courage in the ongoing efforts to making Plateau one of the developed states in Nigeria, You are truly the game changer.”

The executive Secretary, Muslim Pilgrims Welfare Board, Barr Auwal Abdullahi wishes the Rescue leader, the Chairman, Northern governors forum and the executive governor of Plateau state on his 57th birthday.

The executive Secretary Muslim pilgrims welfare board described Lalong as a messiah who came and rescued Plateau from shambles of bad governance and lots of setbacks bedevilling the state since our return to democracy.

While I celebrate my governor, I must commend him for showing professionalism in dealing with the current situation of the global pandemic which we are in now and this shows how pro active my leader Lalong, is.

I wish him Allah’s guidance and life full of hope and accomplishment.

On behalf of the good people of Dengi Constituency, I want to thank you for your many service to our State, your hard work towards restoring peace in the state cannot be over emphasize that’s why you are called the peace ambassador, you are a gentleman to the core, a courageous leader with foresight who is popularly know as the alert govenor due to your prompt payment of salaries to civil servants and other developmental stride when it comes to physical projects.

You are a fantastic role model for all those seeking to understand how to make an impact with their life, thank you for your brave and fearless service to the state, don’t ever stop fighting for what you believe in because that is what defines a man. As a lawmaker, we will always give you the necessary support to succeed. thank you for your service on our behalf, you are an inspiration to each citizen and I hope you have many more years to keep up the good work.

The Hon. Commissioner of Agriculture and Rural Development,Dr.Hosea Istifanus Finangwai on Sunday 3rd of May,2020,distributed food items and other palliatives to JNI,CAN,Communities and other vulnerable Nigerians in Kanam Local Government Area.

Distributing the palliatives,the Special Assistant to the Honourable Commissioner, Abdulmumuni Mohammed (Maijamalo) who distributed the palliatives on behalf of the commissioner disclosed that the distribution of the palliatives was to cushion the effect of the lockdown across the State.

The Hon. Commissioner stressed at the distribution that the gesture will go a long way in alliviating the suffering of masses in the face of the on going COVID-19 lockdown.

Some beneficiaries of the food stuff, REV AMOS LUKA and
MALLAM ABBAS IMMAM who received the items on behalf of CAN and JNI respectively lauded the efforts of the Hon. Commissioner in assisting the masses

“We want to thank the Hon. Commissioner of Agriculture and Rural Development,Dr. Hosea for coming to our aids particularly during this hardship period, this food stuff and provisions will go along way to cushion the effect of the lock down period as a result of the covid 19 pandemic.”

Items distributed includes Maize, Guinea-corn and millet.
